How much of a factor is height, build and style when moving up in weight?

Usually I would think somebody who is of average height, 5'9 and a tall but wide frame with good defensive style could be effective in almost all the divisions ala James toney 160 +

However, pacman, 5'6 with a very aggressive style has been very impressive over the years

so how much do height, build and style play a factor in a fighters growth n success through weight divisions

i see triple ggg being a champ at 168 175 and maybe cruiserweight? who knows?

who else could u see moving up atleast 3 divisions

Always a huge factor except during the PED age.

I think reach and fighting style play the biggest factor.
