Just like Louis,Ezzard,Jersey Joe, and Rocky to Ali, Foreman, Frazier.

This was the "pack" that beat each others heads in in our time.

And without a dought....Iron Mike Tyson is the greatest.

    The Facts

    Tyson NEVER ****d anyone.

Tyson has personally GAVE Millions to poor people and others.

Tyson beat two Fighters Ali COULDNT.(dont pull that, "They where old," Tyson was old when he fought Lewis)

Tyson made grown men pee there pants.

    Tyson never loss to "Buster".

HolyFeild is a "HeadButter", and if it wasnt for Tyson having Holyfeilds ear for a snack...It would have been a 4th round KO victory for Tyson.

    He's simply great.

Tyson KO'd Lennox Lewis at the Press Conference.

As for Lewis, he has one more fight. He's getting what's comin' to him........
so i guess buster douglass, evander holyfield, lennox lewis, danny williams, and kevin mcbride are just figments of our imagination.

After knocking out Trevor Berbick in 2 to win the WBC heavyweight title, Tyson is taken the full twelve by the 'mighty' James Smith, a man that had already lost 5 of his 24 fights, a man previously knocked out by James Broad and Larry Holmes. He is also taken the distance by Tony Tucker and then fights Tony Tubbs, Frank Bruno, Carl Williams and gets knocked out by James 'Buster' Douglas. He does beat ex light heavy (and then current linear heavyweight champ) Michael Spinks in one round, a great performance but Spinks was too scared to move. From there on in he loses the biggest fights of his career - against Holyfield and Lennox Lewis. He was a great fighter, but the worst of the three
Ding ding ding, we have a winner. Quoted.

Ali beat George Foreman, Joe Frazier, Sonny Liston, Floyd Patterson, Ken Norton, Earnie Shavers etc etc. Tyson's list absolutely does not compare with Ali's. There is no doubt that Ali did a hell of a lot more with his career than Tyson did with his. You cannot say that Tyson is the GOAT just because of the machine he was when he was 20 - 22

Those fights where one sided UD's. And Tyson broke Smiths jaw. And Tucker was 35-0 and didnt win one round in that fight.

I think most can agree he was a bit more fun to watch than 90% of all HW Boxers.

Tyson just had the luck of running into holyfield and Lewis way past his prime. And in my eyes, he "got them as good as they got him".

Oh absolutely. A prime Tyson was an absolute joy to watch and I don't dispute that one bit. Nor am I saying that his wins against those fighters weren't good wins. All I'm saying is that his resume does not add up to making him the greatest heavyweight of all time.

Tyson, Holyfield, and Lewis are all roughly the same age. SO you're simply saying Tyson is a bum immediately after his first loss.... gotcha'

He was damn good in his days(1986-1996), and it was always exciting to watch Iron Mike take out the other heavyweights.
