    I think Froch would have taken him out.

    Groves had noticeably tired and wasn't moving around the ring as well and wasn't doing the things that were successful in the earlier rounds.

    I don't think Groves would have got the decision on points either (didn't two of the judges have the fight a draw or something ridiculous at the time of the stoppage?)

      This.

      People trying to deny groves was tired and hurt, why wasn't he standing his ground, slipping and countering froch like he was in the first few rounds? He couldn't do it anymore, he was starting to run around the ring, get hit flush, grab on, lean on the ropes etc.

      Froch was pretty bad in the early rounds but Groves was getting worse than him, and sustained pressure would have finished him. It looked almost exactly like the Taylor fight for me, apart from groves started gassing earlier than Taylor

          Groves was badly hurt. The end was very near anyway.

            Froch = legend

            froch would KtfO both stevenson + george groves on the same night, and then go home and **** the missus,, i want to see Froch avenge his defeat to Ward with a crisp knockout in the UK 2014 with the crowd cheering ´;.;.` (and rightfully take his throne as P4P number one!) Froch = the KING OF ENGLAND

              Groves was feeling Froch shot alot more as the fight went on. He was squaring up alot more and not moving around the ring as much.

              I personally think Froch would of stopped him in that round anyway.
