We saw those fights when there was relatively less risk for Floyd. 4 to 5 years too late. Floyd is waiting for that same magic number then he will say yes to a Manny fight ..... again, when it's too late.

Let's not pretend here. Manny is a small WW .... While training for the Margarito fight, Manny said that he would drop down to 147 for good after the Margarito fight.

Martinez said that Manny is small so he preferred going after Floyd. Similar situation with P. Williams.

Bob Arum isn't ranked, he's not a fighter, he's not a boxer, he's a promoter. That's not who you are stepping into the ring against. That's what matters. Now please show me proof, actual video proof of Pacquaio saying he wouldn't take tests..because I can find videos of him saying he'd agreed to everything including the ring size and glove size for the fight to happen.
