He and Floyd ain't going to work together so the only way the fight gets made is for Manny to leave top rank like Cotto did.
If it was just between the 2 fighters the fight would have been made already.
They already agreed on everything the first time but drug testing.

He has every right to **** on the Mayweather-Khan fight, no real fans will support it. When this fight is announced, It'll be a slap in the face to the more deserving fighters like, Keith Thurman, Lara, Trout, ect*, who have bust their butts by fighting better quality opponents than Khan and still won't be able to get a shot at fighting Floyd.

As far as Arum wanting Floyd's team to reaching out first. Newsflash! Floyd is the A-side, and therefore so is his team. At the end of the day, neither side wants to come out looking like desperate beggars.

I hate when people like you (even though youre a floyd fan) say "no real boxing fan will support this fight) come on bro! REAL FANS will support him and whoever he fights because they are exactly that, REAL FANS!
