JMM vs Provodnikov

I like Provodnikov's chances if this fight were to happen. If this was JMM at his peak I'd give him more of a chance but the only way I see him beating Prov is if he roids out like in Manny 4.

Depends if JMM got older over night he's still the master counter puncher. i think jmm still has more power than alvarado, and bradley of course.

Provodnikovs style plays in to JMMs hand, but Marquez is undeniably old and has been in many wars. A relentless fighter like Provodnikov at this point is very dangerous for JMM. But I think Provodnikov being TKO'd by cuts is very likely.

That's what he's going to need to do. He would need to apply smart pressure and use some of that head movement from the Alvarado fight because he cuts easily

Tailor Made, JMM picks Provodnikov apart for the win. JMM loves aggressive come forward fighters, they're a lot easier to counter. I give Provodnikov 1 knockdown in the early rounds, before JMM adjusts and dominates.

Stylistically Providnikov is made for Marquez, but... Marquez is OLD! His stamina isn't what it use to be. I am not sure if he has the endurance left to fight the kind of high energy fight he did with Juan Diaz, and with a Juan Diaz that can punch.

Marquez is old as heck. No way he keeps a much younger and aggressive Provodnikov off him for 12 rounds. It would probably play out in the same manner as Provodnikov and Alvarado.
