Floyd clearly states he does not want to fight Pacquiao. On video saying "I care for my health, If I am a coward then so be it... blah, blah,blah." That's when they accused Pacquiao of PEDs. Pacquiao has now agreed to testing, now what? Two losses? You know Pac beat Bradley, and was beating Marquez before the knockout punch. Made Rios look like a kid. If my memory serves me correct. After the Ortiz fight, Floyd went in on Pac. In the media. On social media. And everywhere else. Then Arum started talking about Floyd going to jail, Pac having a cut, and stadiums being build, claiming Floyd's only talking because he's already signed to fight Erik Morales, etc. If Pac's team, as you say, wanted the fight so badly but believed they weren't gonna get it. Why not just call Floyd's bluff? Because assuming Floyd never wanted the fight. He had absolutely ZERO out after going in on Pac lik he did. So IMO that there showed that Pac's side had about as much interest in making the fight as Floyd has, at least accorfing to Manny's supporters.

After those things that you mentioned, Manny said in interviews that he was ready and willing to fight Floyd in May instead of June. Team Manny even made the statement official by making it available for all to see on his official website.

Just to refresh your memory, the stumbling block was something that Floyd flashed out for the first time after years of using the PEDs card. You know, the "I WANT ALL PPV MONEY" ....
