      No, not at all. Talented trainers build champions. But not every fighter will fit with every trainer. Imagine if Tyson had never found Cus D'Amato? They were a perfect match, and their partnership produced a superstar.

        Under rated when the fighter wins, over rated when they loose!
        Theres great gym trainers who are very good teachers and instructors. Some of them are not good at evaluation and others aren't good working the corners! Occasionally you'll witness a trainer whose good at all three phases of the sport. Some even have knowledge in handling cuts! Ray.
