Grachev hurt Sillakh with a counter right hand... The shot that initiated everything didn't look like much, but it was enough to hurt Sillakh. Ismayl is a good fighter, but he's going to have to put his chin in protective custody. That last volley was impressive though.

The first shot landed behind the ear, anybody can get hurt by that kind of shot. But yeah the knockout combination was deadly, funny thing is the straight left hand looked like it did more damage than the right hand.
