the wba is shumenov, if kovalev fights him, and stevenson fights hopkins, (and gets past him) than its a fight for the wba, wbo, wbc, ibf, and ring light heavyweight, it doesnt get more undisputed than that.

It's a really tough match up for both men, but I pick Stevenson by UD. Kovalev looks like a beast, but people are falling in love with his power (odd since Stevenson has just as much, if not more power of his own) and are acting delusional. This may or may not turn into another Matthysse hype situation. I just feel that Stevenson could edge out a competitive fight because I see more versatility, of coarse a Kovalev KO early in the fight is a very big possibility as well.

Of course. Stevenson knows his chin won't be able to take Kovalev's power and he's also six years older than Kovalev which doesn't help him. Stevenson is too open sometimes and Kovalev will catch him.
