Tremendous year for Stevenson.

You really are a hater if that's how you feel. Adonis has showed in his last two fights that he is MUCH MORE than just a puncher. He boxed beautifully and intelligently tonight. He had a game opponent who was determined to go the distance but Adonis patiently waited and slowly wore him down.

I like both Kovalev and Stevenson but a lot of people are hating on Stevenson because of his past (while they conveniently forget theirs!). Both fighters are beast at 175 and I wouldn't bet my money on either fighter as I believe this is a very even match up. If you think Stevenson is going to stand flat footed and get hit by Kovalev all night then you really must be a blind fan of Kovalev.

I disagree with the embarrassing part, I think he did the best he could do against a far superior athlete. I said from the start there was no way he could win this fight. Whatever Bellew does good, Stevenson does great. Bellew let his hands go when he had the chance but he was wary of Stevenson's power which anyone should be.

Stevenson and Bellew could fight 10 more times and the outcome would be more or less the same. I don't fault Bellew for being an inferior athlete. It's not like he ran all night and didn't punch, remember they did trade early in the fight a few times.

All I can say about those 2right off the back is that Adonis has at time show a weak chin , I never seen kovalev hurt , but then again I haven't seen too many of his fights

Kovalev loses the 1st round against his opponent... Lands a glancing counter shot and goes on to finish the good, but chinny opponent in the 2nd... "Kovalev is a beast!!!"

Stevenson wins every round against his opponent, drops him, and stops him cleanly in the 6th... "Kovalev kills him!!!"

... When Stevenson chooses to fight Kovalev, he's going to quiet a large segment of NSB.
