Who Should Be The Referee For Pacman Vs. Morales?

This is a big fight in the division with national pride on the line. You got the Mexicans pulling for Morales and the Filipinos pulling for Pacman. It's pretty important that there is an unbiased referee who doesn't show favoritism. In your opinion who is the perfect referree for the fight?

      re

Frank Cappucino because he just lets the fight go on forever even if there is 10 knock downs. Plus he doesn't actually watch the fight, he only looks at what happened after he hears the crowd roaring.

Frank is too old he couldn't even have the strength to take the fighters away from each other, he should retire.

The referree should be Arthur Mercante Jr. He's had the big assignments, he calls it down the middle, he knows the sport well.
