There are some fighters that I do not like, and it's not always because of their personality. For me:
1) Carl Froch. He actually is a really good brawler with power in both hands, but something about him rubs me the wrong way. He's not what I would call arrogant, but he does think he's better than what he is. Andre Ward is on a different level than he is, but he (Carl) seems blind to it.
2) Amir Khan. I want to like Khan, actually, but I cannot stand his attitude. In this case it's his personality.
3) Klitschko brothers. I really don't like these guys. Neither one of them in my eyes are great heavyweights. For all of Wlad's "boxing ability" he would get schooled by a guy like Ali and wouldn't last three rounds with a prime Mike Tyson or Joe Frazier. Vitali is less flawed, but in reality his two biggest assets are being pretty tough and a good punch. Same as his brother, he would lose to probably any truly great heavyweight.
4) Adrien Broner. This guy oozes punk. He's a good fighter, but yeah he's the kind of guy you want to slap upside the head.
Then there are fighters I absolutely love:
1) Bernard Hopkins. The ageless wonder, the epitome of toughness, the Executioner. I love this guy! He's so real, comes from a rough past, but seems genuine and he'll treat you nicely if you're nice to him. He's my kind of people.
2) Manny Pacquiao. He's almost too nice sometimes, but he's a natural good guy without being fake. He's flawed enough to give us interesting fights, but good enough to still kick ass and take names.
3) Andre Ward. The guys heart is truly on his sleeve. Like Pacquiao, he's one of the few genuinely good guys in the sport. While he's not always fun to watch, his skills are elite and his character is high.
4) Danny Garcia. This guy is a warrior, and he's really good. While I don't think he's a threat to Mayweather, he gives you blood and guts action all the time. He's a treat to watch, and always brings the action. He seems likeable too.
