                    It's entirely possible, even probable, you'd rock him but most people don't realize how rare a one punch knockout is. Most likely you'd be KO'ed before you even realized what was happening. But yes, if you did hit him with your best punch square on the jaw, you being 220 pounds, he'd almost surely go down or at least be staggered. Doesn't mean you'd come close to beating him though.
