I understand what you're saying but boxing is a little different. Fighters have the motivation to do whatever they can to gain an edge or advantage because each match has an impact on their income/future;if a boxer doesn't perform well another lucrative match or game isn't guaranteed.

Even the commission is starting to catch cheaters now. They're probably able to have access to modern testing tech. They've been catching TMT fighters lately. Unfortunately still, they announce the cheaters long after the fight is over, which negates the very purpose of the tests, that is to protect the fighters. Still, it's better than letting them get away with it by throwing away urine/blood samples.
