He should tune-up for at least two fights before getting into a rumble with Pac. His injuries are no joke and another, perhaps, triple of the beating he had, awaits him on a 3rd fight.
got to admire his courage though... if you coe to think of it, we pacfans flamed MAB and called him names when he did not opt for the rematch with pac... now that morales is actually wanting the rematch, we say he must rest... prolly because MAB talks more ****... but if erik wants it, bring it on... if he wants to retire losing but his head up high, hell yeah... barrera might have 2 fights against erik's 1 but erik does have that warrior pride in him... not like MAB *****, nyahahahahaha

Agreed, that's why history will judge Morales as the better overall fighter and once who has a better reputation.

that could be true...but there's no judging who was the first guy who gave him the most brutal beating and tko loss in his stellar career.

reputation? manny has equal or better rep than erik imo in and out of the ring.

            What about plan B?

Seriously, IMO Pac has just as much to lose from the rubbermatch as does Erik. Erik has lost 3 times in a row and many boxing pundits think that he is a shot after those 52 ring wars. Manny beating him again will not do as much damage the way things are now for Erik. On the other hand, Pac's loss will again raise question that Manny's victory had more to do with the kind of Erik who showed up that night and not much on what Pacman did. Pac's loss would also fuel speculation that he is indeed a one-trick pony. His stock will surely go down more than that of Erik's if the latter lost.

he'll probably do a Roy Jones Jr. He won't trade wit Pac and run all night JUST TO not get KOed again. But Pac won't let him do that. Pac was born to destroy.

Don't knock Pacquiao for taking the fight. It represents a LOT of money and probably another KO victory. It would be like Roy wanting a third fight with Tarver. OF COURSE TARVER WAS GONNA SAY YES. Easy victory + biggest payday to date = YES

if you come to think about it...erik's warior pride did it for him against manny last time. that same trait might have pushed him to exercise the rematch, but if he gets the better of it inside the ring with manny the secound time around, i don't see the outcome is gonna be much different.
