      • pacquiao is a shell of what he used to be. he's still good enough to beat a lot of fighters, but the great fighter from his 126-147 lb prime is gone.

          I agree that, for a guy who has had so many problems, Ortiz somehow stays relevant in people's minds and it's a bit strange. The mental weakness is there too, but admittedly it's hard to imagine Rios being any top-level guy after last Saturday. He is incredibly limited.
