Boone is best known for being the only man to defeat Ring Magazine & WBC Light Heavyweight Champion Adonis Stevenson, as well as being the only man to knock down Super Middleweight kingpin Andre Ward and gave hell to WBO light heavyweight champion Sergey Kovalev, where Boone took the Kovalev life and death before losing by way of a disputed split decision.
