Comments Thread For: Chisora: I'm Open To Tyson Fury or Deontay Wilder

LONDON - British heavyweight contender Dereck Chisora has earmarked 2014 as his breakthrough year when he will finally dethrone the Klitschko brothers and become world champion.

The 29-year-old, fighting out of Finchley, London, was speaking ahead of his WBO International title clash with Czech bruiser Ondrej Pala this weekend at the Copper Box Arena, a fight that also has the vacant WBA International title up for grabs.

‘Del Boy’ believes next year holds big things for him and that the experience which he has picked up over his last few fights will stand him in good stead, as he looks to take out other big name challengers vying for a shot at world title glory.

as much as I dislike chisora for his antics I do respect him for the level of opposition hes faced so early in his career. would love to see him against wilder

I would love to see either! Three of my favorite HWs, this triangle makes for very exciting matchups anyway you slice it.

i'd settle for chisora-wilder right now rather than waiting on the slim odds of having gbp risk there prized heavyweight against a tough fighter like fury.

watch wilder instead fight "contender" seth mitchell. come on lets step it up wilder you're ready for the big dogs.

Wilder just might feel ready take this bait, but I think he gets ktfo if it goes beyond 4

Chisora deserves another run. He admitted his past misdoings. And he's a good type of fighter for the hw division.

yea,,,hes not afraid to mix it up with the big boys. got to appreciate that. too many other fighters are padding there records and not taking risks. chisora is a bright spot in that regard

it's kind of funny but I haven't exactly seen top HWs lining up to fight chisora the last while... i remember how many of here (including myself) thought it was a joke that he was considered for a title shot twice by wlad. wlad pulled out both times & we were all happy. now it's a fight i want to see & i haven't heard his name mentioned by wlad since then. even after a couple public disputes including dereck spitting in his face. i want to see chisora fight wlad more then any other fight...
