Basically took multiple photos of the same scene and used the empty road space to edit out the cars.

I like the sentiment behind the video despite using some creative liberties though.

I'd believe Pac can clear the streets in the same way a world cup final can in Germany but how do we know those pics weren't just taken early in the morning? At 0:30 you can even see a batch of cars up the far end of the road? Is it even daytime there when Pac is fighting in Vegas?

We had a similar thing when Katie Taylor was fighting in the Olympics. Was pretty cool for a boxing fan to see, but at this stage even Taylor admits the AIBA blew it after.
