Rios probably out-wills Ortiz in the late rounds if Ortiz can't knock him out, IMO.

IF ( a big if I know) Ortiz was tougher, he'd win because Rios is just too limited of a fighter.

Ortiz might pull a Nate Campebll-like performance and run, literally run. That said I'm going with Rios.

Ortiz is more athletic than Rios, but I wouldn't say he's more skilled. They're both pretty evenly matched on paper.

Ortiz is the better fighter but he will end up getting KO'd by Rios's relentless pressure. The kid has no heart whatsoever.
