Awww, let's all join hands and sing a heartfelt round of "Kumbaya" for poor, victimized little Diego (he did it for the fans, not the money). Remember, he only got one opportunity to spit the bit in this last match, something a rubber ball such as he isn't used to.

Judges' opinions aside, Corrales was getting his butt kicked in the first fight, he blatantly cheated to postpone the on-rushing knockout (the ever-classy Goosen claimed Diego won because, "He wanted it more" -- what bull****), and his greed wouldn't allow him to by-pass the extra cash that was going to fatten his wallet. When Castillo missed the limit by twenty or twenty-four ounces, so I don't have a single ounce (muchless twenty-four) of pity for the cheater. He deserved every shot he took.
I'll consider them even-steven if they go for the trilogy.

How can u be certain this is what Corrales experienced when he himself says he doesnt have ANY problems making weight. Also how do u know Castillo didnt experience that in the last fight while Corrales made weight easily which would mean disadvantage castillo.

Corrales didn't say he had no problems making the weight, of course he had problems, he even said so.

Corrales outweighed Castillo on fight night, therefore, it shows that Corrales lost more pounds than Castillo had to for the weigh in.

Corrales is 6'0 and 135, of course he has problems making the weight, but he even said it himself.

what can we say with out being called nuthuggers, yea he weighted in 3 pounds over i think it was made a bigger deal because of cheating at the weight in. castillo had the first fight won, but since corrales cheated he got his victory taken away and corrales did a great job coming back. dont think castillo weight issue is the only reason he won. corrales faught the wrong fight and got beat by the stronger guy

I made this thread for the people that said that the weight didn't make a difference, and I am proving it did.

I like both fighters, and don't really care who wins.
Anyone who is unbiased should realise though... Castillo's energy system would have been way down if he was forced to lose the extra 2 lbs. Not saying that he wouldn't have won, but when you are that drained, 2 more lbs is a big ask.

I posted the first post of this thread to RunWithKnives, I also added, "The mouthpiece didn't knock out Castillo, Corrales did."

Then he only quotes ONE sentence, and replies with some dumb bull****. I ask him why he didn't reply to the other part and he just says, "I am not going to read a essay," but it is obvious he is narrowminded, so I have him on ignore.
