    Marquez not overly impressed????

If Marquez's memory serves him correctly, Pacquiao did to Rios what Mayweather did to Marquez. Pacquiao and Mayweather had a field day in picking their shots and dancing circles around 2 good fighters. The losing fighters were given a fair chance to survive the fight, while at the same time giving them an agonizing experience. Marquez claims that Pacquiao never gave Rios a chance to test his chin. Huh??? Did he mean Mayweather stuck out his chin for Marquez? Marquez points to Rios as a non-quality opponent. Is he blaming himself likewise for the humiliation he took from Mayweather's shutout picnic? Marquez still having nightmares over it that he saw an exact image of him against Mayweather in Rios. Marquez should give Likar Ramos a rematch, and give Serchenko a refund, for picking them as "worthy" opponents. Talking about incessant whining!

      Marquez not overly impressed2 ??

"It was important for Mayweather to look good, so they gave him an opponent like Juan Manuel Marquez...and he looked impressive!" Deja Vu! Questions to Marquez, ""Marquez, when will you fight good bigger men where the odds are you'll lose? Pacquiao did that more than 6 times now and won them all. Forget Likar Ramos and Katsidis and Serchenko!

he cant even rate his own performance objectively...he whines about getting robbed when he loses.

Give manny credit for not crying robbery when he loses. Manny never does that. He instead gives his opponent credit unlike Marquez.

So yea, his opinion means jack squat.

He knows that he was fortunate to get Manny attacking wrecklessly so that he could land that monster counter right. Manny will not make that mistake again. Marquez wants to avenge his loss to Bradley so that he can retire on a high note. Fighting Pacquiao again would very likely tarnish that dream, so he's going to leave it alone. Downplaying Manny's performance against Rios is an attempt to show that a rematch isn't worth his time.

exactly, he doesn't want another go with Pac. He knows the next fight he can't arm himself with steroids and at 41 he is toast.

JMM says Likar Ramos and Sechenko were the best fighters at 135 div and not Guerrero and Rios at that time.So he chose Ramos and Sechenko than a fight of either Rios or Guerrero...
