Considering pac gave marquez the 3rd fight and the 4th fight, I find it hypocritical for marquez to not give pac the 5th fight. To me the fidth fight is for all the marbles. Its 2-1 but marquez win is by ko so if he wins again, having the only ko and the last two wins he clearly wins the rivalry. If pac wins then he has 3 wins to marquez' 1 and pac clearly wins.
Also marquez backers claim he was robbed in the 3rd fight (although I disagree as I scored it 114-114- it was a very close fight where a decision could have went eithr way); but on the flip side in 1st fight one if the judges admitted to a scoring error where he gave pac 10-7 instead of 10-6 in the 1st rd bc he didnt realize he could score it 10-6, where the 3 knockdowns clearly made it a 10-6 rd. So pac could be up 3-1 or jmm could be up 2-1-1.
So, once again 5th fight in april then if pac wins money in sept. Make it happen. Although a fight wit mayweather will never be what it shouldve been in '09-11. It would still break records and generate more mainstream attention for the sport than anything.
I won't get into whose fault it was in the past. At this point, who cares? Jus make it happen now

marquez has proven that he cannot recover from all of the decision defeats to manny pacquiao. Mayweather, bradley both made him look like a gym turd. Instead of worrying about manny, marquez needs to prove that he can win a fight or even a round for that matter sometime in this millennium without the benefit of one lucky punch. You wanted your career and rep to live off that one lucky punch jmm, but those 15 minutes are already over. Either be a man and fight, or go get fat and hang out at restaurants and bars in mexico where you will be the hero of 15-20 drunkards every night while you tell your tired war story of the 10 seconds out of 4 fights that you outdid manny pacquiao. The rest of the world, including manny, have moved on.

I think it's simple jealousy. He KO's Pac, is rewarded with a loss to Bradley. Pac is rewarded with a high profile win vs Rios and possibly another mega fight without him.

That's just it; JMM DOESN'T know that he will win in a rematch with Pacquiao. He knows that he was fortunate to get Manny attacking wrecklessly so that he could land that monster counter right. Manny will not make that mistake again. Marquez wants to avenge his loss to Bradley so that he can retire on a high note. Fighting Pacquiao again would very likely tarnish that dream, so he's going to leave it alone. Downplaying Manny's performance against Rios is an attempt to show that a rematch isn't worth his time.

Pacquiao wan guaranteed 18 million for the Rios fight. When have you ever earned close to that amount. After the Bradley wuppin, you couldn't get 1 million. Also, Bradley will easily whup you again in a re-match. You are basically done.
