BUT, you can clearly sense the passive aggressive butthurt in his statements... he is feeling like a bridesmaid right now. LOL.
pac had a HORRIBLE 2012, yet he can still pack a venue and headline a PPV like nothing happened. he paints a masterpiece against a limited fighter and then the hype starts again.... no wonder jmm is a bit salty.
jmm KO's pac... loses to tim... and is back in mexico with nobody giving a damn... he knows that the hype machine started, and that after a few more impressive victories for pac, the story is about his triumphant return, not about his ko loss... in the end, jmm is left sour AGAIN.
only his niche fans will cling to the KO and "keep the feeling". theres a possibility pac might move on and the KO will be remembered as a speedbump, not a career-ender (like lennox, wlad, etc.).
By KHTFO, he expects to now have what Pac has or had.
Newsflash JMM, you need to win your own fights and not base everything on Pac's legacy.

It would be different if he was moving onto bigger paydays, but the Pacquiao fight is by far the biggest payday Marquez can get.

The Bradley fight was a pretty sickening defeat for him. That 'feeling' evaporated that night.

A roidd man with a broken nose who almost lost the fight, and who just got that one perfect shot to get the W says that? plus the 4 ring wars with PAC can't handle counters? Mariod have you forgotten all your fights with him are close lol
He must be referring to his first fight with PAC. The last fight with pac, I can still remember that broken nose of Marquez. I few seconds more if PAC wasn't overly aggressive he would have been iced eventually. We all know that.
Amen. And that's the truth
Let me ask you this.. in the 4 JMM vs Pac fights, who got clocked worse?

Marquez was fully juiced up on his last fight with Pacman...He came in like a pro body builder physique at that night...Notice his power was gone when he fought Bradley when strict blood testing was administered...

Btw, Floyd has that kind yet? I don't think so... He has no epic match ups up to now.
PAC had, morales, Barrera, Marquez. It's his version of the 4 horseman.
Leonard had haggler, Hearns and Duran.
That makes a legend a legend he danced with the greats of the sport and produced epic fights.

Marquez got his big Pacquiao win, I don't understand why he's commenting on Manny's fight at all if he has no intention of making the 5th fight.
I used to like Marquez but 2012/2013 has been an awful stretch for him despite the biggest win of his career. The man is unabashedly taking steroids/PEDs as he enters his 40's. He should retire ASAP if he isn't going to face Manny again.
