Baldomir was more proven. Rios has zero good wins and should have three loses at this point. Even just Zab is better than anything Rios has done.

margarito had 8 top 10 wins during his run and a win over sergio martinez. also as we've already gone over mayorga, spinks, judah, baldomir, and floyd all turned down fights with him so what could he do? keep winning right like floyd said? beating 8 top 10 guys isn't enough though....being unfied champ isn't enough though....being #1 for 4 plus years isn't enough though....oh he eventually lost what a bum i knew it.

you keep changing the timeline Margarito wasn't unified champ he won a vacant belt lost it and won another vacant belt at the time when Spinks and judah fought who has Margarito beat?

Sergio Martinez in 2000 and Kermit Cintron that's who the great Margarito has beaten.

well he was #1 for about 3 years when baldomir became champ. you said he was never #1 so you were wrong. he beat 8 top 10 fighters during his run at welterweight as opposed to 1 by judah. maybe none of them were great until cotto but they were solid fighters. similar to golovking is now and martinez, quillin, and whoever else don't want any part of him. in 5 years when golovking loses you will say he was a bum and quillin was the truth lol.

and for people saying margarito didn't beat any champs that's a false argument. did you forget mayorga, spinks, and spinks had 3 belts and margarito had the other? they all turned him down so what was he supposed to do fight himself? the belts only became splintered after judah-mayweather fiasco. then you know what happened? margarito won the ibf and wba.

the WBO belt was meaningless. His best win was Cintron, just stop lol
