Fight will never happen when Manny is with Arum. And even back in 2010, when Floyd supposedly "ducked" Manny, it wasn't Floyd who walked away to fight Clottey and wouldn't submit to random blood testing without an 18 or 21 day window or whatever it was.

Manny only warmed up to blood testing the last few months, that can't be erased. He flat out refused to do that and had a legion of fans saying "Let the commission do their job" for like 2-3 years.

What happened 3 months after Clottey? Team Pac said they agree to 7 day cutoff at worst, Floyd goes on extended vacation incognito and leaves HBO President hanging.
