by the looks of that outfit there was nothing "fancy" about that dress party if thats where he was headed. I saw this the other day and thought it was a joke he usually dresses better. I'm cool with people rocking different styles but he's dressed like a 16 year old I mean if thats the way he wants to dress whatever but you wouldn't catch me dead in that.

In all seriousness it doesn't surprise me that his dresses the way that he does. People with huge egos don't exactly conform to normality, he more than likely views himself as a trend setter.
