AVENAL, CA - USA Olympian Jose Ramirez and Kings County Supervisor Richard Valle (District 2) are teaming up to knock out hunger with “Operation Gobble,” a program to provide Thanksgiving turkeys to area families.
In what has become an annual tradition for District 2, Valle & Ramirez plan to give away approximately 650 turkeys to feed thousands of people throughout the district at events in Corcoran, Home Garden, Avenal, and Kettleman City.
