The reason Pacquiao did not knock out Rios?

    A) He wanted him to endure a 12 round beating.

    B) He wanted to see more of the Top Rank girls.

    C) He needed more rounds to shake of the rust from being off a year.

    D) He didn't want to scare off Mayweather AGAIN.

    E) All of the above.

Pac didnt want to hurt him. Pac probably watched the 3rd 24/7 episode and didnt want to take Rios away from his cute kids.

He's older, less fast, has worse stamina, and had fought with a lot more caution than the Manny that would've knocked Rios out.

          I think that's a better reason.

you do realize he did this against a lot of fighters right? he let cotto go in the last rounds too in that fight only for the ref to stop it because cotto clearly wasn't looking to win, he has been like this for a while now.

Rios bases his whole game off of making other guys take chances. No way Pac was ****** enough to play that game after getting ko'd.

The best answer is because he was doing random drug testing for the first time and couldn't use his roids. That's why he didn't have the power to even put Rios on the canvas. He should of stopped this dude in 6 rounds or under. Makes the guy move up to 147, is slow and flat footed, and just lost to Mike Alvarado who outboxed him at 140lbs.
