Rios would land less than an average Floyd opponent and Floyd would land more than average, so it would be more one sided than an average Floyd fight. Pretty simple really

Floyd dominates, but Rios would get more opportunities.

Problem with Rios and Pac is that Manny, being a southpaw, turns opponents incredibly well when he steps to his right (the natural direction a southy selects). Rios would cut off the ring moving to his right much better. Granted, Floyd generally moves toward his right, especially when pot-shotting, but it's more straight back as opposed to Manny's full 180.

Also, lets factor in Floyd's willingness to sit on the ropes. When I compare the two, Pac spends less time on the ropes, and even when he's there, he instantly gets out (probably feels uncomfortable). Where as Floyd has a tendency to get complacent on the inside, although he generally outclasses them in this environment. This is Rios' chance, and I think he's more than capable of capitalizing on that opportunity.
