Froch underestimated Groves. Its as simple as that.

Take nothing away from Groves, though. He proved he's 'world class'. However, Froch was so cumbersome and lazy. His jab was non-existent.

Expect a brutal Froch stoppage in the rematch.

Nope Froch wanted to kill Groves he did not take him lightly at all. Groves beats Froch in a rematch maybe even by stoppage.

OK, this is just silly ^.

I expect you think Froch will 'duck' a rematch.

froch was jabbing all night. the problem was that he was throwing arm punches until around round 7, when his legs finally recovered from the hard knock-down in round 1.

i think froch would probably win the rematch, but it's by no means a foregone conclusion and groves deserves a second chance.

This fight played out exactly how everyone predicted. It was the same fight as every time froch fights a more skilled opponent.

His toughness came through in the second half like we all said it would. The only one robbed of a victory here was froch and a rematch will end the same way.

              Totally.

Even if Froch had stopped Groves without the intervention in round 9, a rematch would be logical.

What I meant about Froch's jab is that it had no pop; it was thrown sluggishly all night. Groves couldn't miss with the right hand.

How is that silly?? Did you see Froch badly hurt is it out of the question that Groves could stop him in a rematch? Nope but i think Hearn will.

No one predicted it like this lol

It's true to say that Froch probably struggles against some "slicker" fighters but he has beaten them all except Ward and none of them, not even Ward, hurt, out muscled, out worked and out fought Froch the way Groves did. I personally think we saw Froch get old over night...take nothing away from Groves, he's the one that made it happen.

Mark my words, just like Pacquiao, Froch is a disaster waiting to happen.

He is more skilled than Froch, better boxer. Froch is officially still no.2, because he go the win, but Groves is the better fighter. DeGale may get there as well.

DeGale v Froch? If Froch and Hearn are to shook for the rematch?
