Should Howard Foster (Ref for Froch vs Groves) Be Banned From Refereeing?

Although I thought Froch was coming on strong and would have stopped Groves eventually, just like he would stop Ward if he manned up and fought away from home for once, that stoppage was one of the worst I've seen for a while.

Should the referee, Howard Foster have his referee license revoked - in other words, should he be banned from refereeing fights again?
