Groves is a hard hitter but I don't think he's the hardest puncher. His technique is great and he caught Froch flush without Froch even seeing it. Froch just looked off tonight even before that shot. Age has really caught up with him and all the wars he's been in throughout his career.

Stunned? Froch was still on wobbly legs and looked almost out of it. Every punch Groves landed, Froch was feeling it. We are talking about a granite chinned Froch, that is usually never fazed by any kind of shots.

Froch ate some, but not so well. His chin is spectacular. To crack it, you have to hit hard. And the first shot Groves landed, Froch was down.

Froch has always struggled with pure boxers like Groves. It the same Froch we have always seen in there. The box and move type has never boded well with him.

If Groves was more disciplined, he would have won fairly comfortably.

Groves has a wide base and really bends at the knees so he springs up which adds to the power plus he's got underrated handspeed but all his punches are w/power , that leads to his tiring it'll be an issue his whole career
