look...........i said that the stoppage was premature. but why deny that groves didn't throw out his game plan and was gassed (getting hurt) at the end?

IMO the stoppage was premature BUT the referee is responsible for a fighters LIFE. If he feels a fighter is in danger then its better to be safe than sorry.

It looks bad because although Groves was hurt he was dominating AND he had Froch in serious trouble, especially round six but due to Frochs diamond coated chin and ability to swing back the fight continued.
