USADA reports to Commissions. Not only that, but they can sanction athletes too, suspensions, bans, etc. Also USADA is willing to publicly post test results if asked. VADA won't release results, nor do they recommend or seek sanctions for positive results.

Dude, You really can't prove he got caught 3x times because of some reporter. I think both Floyd and Pacquiao are clean fighter now.

Can you give me a single example when a cheater was caught by USADA and prevented from fighting? We have one where the guy failed multiple tests, yet the commission was told the B sample wouldn't be in on time, to let the fight proceed
