Except Johnny Bravo was ripped, except dumb.
Ruiz is flabby, and seems wise in the ring at 24 especially him being a HW. He's dropped a good chunk of weight so hopefully his head movement will only get better.Comment

Where the hell did you get that idea? He absolutely does not have one punch power at all. The moment he steps up, he'll rarely ever get any KO's, unless they are long drawn out fights that a guy just gets worn down in. He has very little power.
The trash he's been facing, and they are real bad, I haven't seen him score one good, clean knock out punch. He's has to hit guys that lose every fight they have by KO a lot for them to go down. I've seen many of his fights now too. He's got decent hand speed for such a fat bastard, nothing to get excited about though, but no power behind his shots whatsoever.
He walks into jabs way too often as well. Too short, too fat, no footwork at all, slow in everything but his combinations and even they aren't great because he has nothing to go with it and compliment them to make it a valuable weapon. I can guarantee that when he steps past the lowest rate rubbish he's been facing that he's not going anywhere. It basically comes down to this....He's not a professional.
Now, don't get me wrong. He'll be a decent contender and be able to compete with some half decent guys. But we're talking about guys that probably wouldn't have been in the top twenty 15 or more years ago. No true discipline. He won't even make it to The Nipple's level. Very frustrating.Last edited by BennyST; 11-23-2013, 01:54 AM.Comment
