As I posted before, yes. He had the hand speed and the power but was always inactive. He had the power to knock out any of the elite in the 90s but the biggest name he fought before Rahman was Bert Cooper.
hes so damn fat hes probably a cruiserweight in shape , he could of been the best cruiser ever , he would of been sick at cruiser, champ til hes was 45 with that left ,**** he was 30 lbs overweight at 38 years old and looked good against vitali
Lennox Lewis himself recently admitted to Sanders that Corrie was not a fight his people were interested in taking - way too much risk for the reward.
I don't know if Sanders could've taken LL, but an in-shape, focused Corrie Sanders would surely be way too much risk for the reward. I don't think I've ever seen a heavyweight with that combination of handspeed and power.

i guess you have never seen mike tyson or joe louis.
He was a champ, he held the WBO belt, its considered a world title, but he couldn't have been the true champ becasue he didn't have the disiplcine.
...Sanders was a god given talent with lightening fast hands that were naturaly heavy as ****. He was also a track star in addition to his golf skills in case anyone didn't know that. If he had just concentrated on boxing he would have been the man. Hell, Lennox was technicaly his stable mate for some time and Lennox would never even entertain the idea of getting in the ring with him. Read some of Sanders bio work and you will see that he and Lennox had kind of a running joke about it. LL wanted no part of a fast lefty with power who could drop a guy with a shaky chin.
