It'd be hilarious if they brought him on to fight Wilder

That should be good for Ortiz career. He would smash Wilder if they fight!

a good signing by GBP. I wonder if they will put Ortiz in with david rodriguez? both signed with GBP recently. Ortiz already has a high ranking so he will be in the mix in the WBA picture. I thought him & chagaev would be fighting for vacant "regular" title or what I call the mandatory #1 contender. I agree with others. match him with wilder...

Ortiz finally has major league clout behind him it will be interesting to see him in with guys with a pulse.

I do not think they will be matching their heavyweights together just yet, a good promoter should try to build D Rod and Ortiz a little more so they have more of a name first.
