Zou Shiming has difficulties developing a professional style. He stayed to long at the amateurs. Roach says its difficult for him to throw that amateur-style out of the window. But he has no time for a long build up so it will be difficult for him to become champion.
I think its just to late when you turn pro at 30 or more, because you cant teach a old dog new tricks.
