" Pacquiao refused Tuesday to agree to the Olympic-style drug testing procedures the sides had been negotiating.

Mayweather requested that the drug testing for the fight be in compliance with the United States Anti-Doping Agency, which handles testing for Olympians, "to ensure fair play and sportsmanship by both fighters."

"We're going in a different direction," Arum told the Grand Rapids newspaper. "What I believe is that Floyd never really wanted the fight and this is just harassment of Pacquiao."

"I understand Pacquiao not liking having his blood taken because, frankly, I don't know anyone who really does. But in a fight of this magnitude, I think it is our responsibility to subject ourselves to sportsmanship at the highest level. I have already agreed to the testing and it is a shame that he is not willing to do the same. It leaves me with great doubt as to the level of fairness I would be facing in the ring that night."

This coming from a guy who thinks Canelo is still undefeated after looking amateur to Mayweather.. I like Canelo, but he lost, and would lose again if there was a rematch. Give it a rest. Or at least change your avatars that represent you

LONDON – Boxing’s biggest-ever money fight between Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao could finally take place according to a key player behind the negotiations.

Top Rank CEO Bob Arum, who promotes the Filipino superstar, admitted to BoxNation that there is genuine will on his part to make the fight happen should Pacquiao overcome the relentless Brandon Rios in Macau, China this weekend.

The matchup between boxing’s two superstar names has long been mooted, ever since both men became household pay-per-view draws.

Worry? Floyd Mayweather, the guy who has never been knocked down, the guy who supposedly would never fight Canelo, the guy who everyone claims ducks fighters but has never turned down a fight.. Pacman has been knocked down numerous times and has lost throughout his career. He is a great fighter no doubt, but to think he can beat Mayweather.. to THINK he can beat Mayweather but lose to Marquez by knockout...smh..
