" Pacquiao refused Tuesday to agree to the Olympic-style drug testing procedures the sides had been negotiating.

Mayweather requested that the drug testing for the fight be in compliance with the United States Anti-Doping Agency, which handles testing for Olympians, "to ensure fair play and sportsmanship by both fighters."

"We're going in a different direction," Arum told the Grand Rapids newspaper. "What I believe is that Floyd never really wanted the fight and this is just harassment of Pacquiao."

    Mayweather
"I understand Pacquiao not liking having his blood taken because, frankly, I don't know anyone who really does. But in a fight of this magnitude, I think it is our responsibility to subject ourselves to sportsmanship at the highest level. I have already agreed to the testing and it is a shame that he is not willing to do the same. It leaves me with great doubt as to the level of fairness I would be facing in the ring that night."

This fight will get made if Pac wins. You can take that to the bank!

This coming from a guy who thinks Canelo is still undefeated after looking amateur to Mayweather.. I like Canelo, but he lost, and would lose again if there was a rematch. Give it a rest. Or at least change your avatars that represent you

The matchup between boxing’s two superstar names has long been mooted, ever since both men became household pay-per-view draws.

However, failure on the part of both camps to get round the negotiating table, following back-and-forth mudslinging, has led to a standoff which has prevented boxing’s premier matchup from being made. [Click Here To Read More]

            Give it a rest, Arum.
Even God can't make Floyd da best fight Pacman.

            Everyone tried, everyone failed.

            Arum tried twice.

            HBO Ross Greenburg tried.

Pac, as soon as his contract with TR expired 2 yrs ago,
tried and sent Koncz to talk to Mayweather.

            Mandela tried.

            Singaporeans tried.

Joe Jackson and some businesspeople tried.
(This is when uncle Roger said, "It's crazy to turn down $150 million.")

            Give it up, Arum.

don't get mad shade. I know its hard to come up with a valid reason for the decision that manny made to take an easier fight for less money. i'm sure you'll come up with something.

afterall you're a nuetral boxing fan.

Oh yeah, if I was on fries I definitely wouldn't have had time today for this.

Didn't floyd just made his biggest prize ever?

There is a bigger prize to be made, but that guy would rather make 25% less to make an easy fight with Brandon Rios.

I see why your previous name wasn't coldcashpacquio.

Arum should have said "we are open to cashing out manny vs floyd in 2014, now that we have milked the manny-train dry"

Pacman has been knocked down numerous times and has lost throughout his career. He is a great fighter no doubt, but to think he can beat Mayweather.. to THINK he can beat Mayweather but lose to Marquez by knockout...smh.. By the way, the fight between Mayweather and Khan was never a negotiation as of yet.. Typical
I understand, brah. Pacquiao is no match for your idol.
Fight doesn't have to happen. Floyd fans don't want it.
Pac has to avenge his loses first and join TMT. Pacquiao
had his chance and blew it. That was four years ago.
                      I understand.

Me and Floyd Sr want Khan next for Floyd.
                      Make it happen, Floyd.
