I think it's more that he ate his time, gave no apology, didn't try to reason with him or make any attempt to leave. He said he isn't going anywhere, I'd of insulted him after that too.
All you need to know is that Mexico is a country. Now the people of Mexico can be different races just like in other countries like America for example. But calling the entire nation a race is wrong and idiotic. People need to be smarter about this.

I was dissapointed with Freddy "going there", but I kinda understand after they started making fun of his illness. IMO, making fun of a person's terminal illness is just as bad (maybe worse) than using racial insults.
