I like Freddy and Garcia but today the trainers want as much notice and promo as the fighter. I think its ridiculous but theres very few if any today who have the intelect to actually hold an audiance as they speak. So now they fall into yelling and pushing incidence.
Personally speaking if anyone working for me and acted the way Ariza did he'd be fired on the spot. He is there representing the fighter & training manager NOT himself! That was the problem when he was working for Pac & Freddy!
You have to know your position and you have to hold emotions in check its called growing up and being a professional. He acts like he's on Roids...HAHA!
