Pacquiao - Mayweather. Both guys missed out on paydays of biblical proportions.

    Idiots.

Edit: Didn't really see you mentioned it already - guess that's what I get for skimming.

Lewis missed out on a big payday vs Bowe when bowe chickened out. Lewis also missed out on a Tyson payday in '96, when Tyson chickened out.

But then again, thanks to the goodwill of Don King charities, he got 2 mega paydays vs Holyfield.

Ingemar Johansson missed a big payday against Sonny Liston when Floyd Patterson took the title off him.

Ward missed a big payday by telling Bute to fight froch first.
Khan could have already earned $ by fighting mayweather but messed it by fading/fighting a steroid user/being robbed against Peterson and being iced by Garcia.
JMM by turning down an immediate rematch with pacqiaou to fight John in Indonesia.

Foreman missed out on some hefty paydays by retiring so early, imagine how big Foreman v Holmes could have been in in the late 70s of early 80s. Then again he got some recuperation against Holyfield, so it' not all bad.

Winky Wright was going to get a big payday in a Taylor rematch and walked away because he felt he won the first fight.

Sergio Mora once turned down a lot of money and a crack at the Undisputed Middleweight crown against Jermain Taylor
