Okay, thanks for clearing that up.
10k is good for the prices... but you'd think more would be selling. I think it's a decent event and I'd go if I lived in Texas.

I think by taking this one off PPV and moving it to the Alamo Dome GBP and Showtime are trying to get a guage for what they have in Broner compared to a Canelo. They're wanting to set up a Floyd-Broner mega event. But I don't think AB's popularity is in the same universe as Canelo. He's probably gonna have to fight a name.

I might go to this card and the Dec 7th card in Brooklyn.

People also have to remember about the Canelo-Trout fight that it was during "Fiesta" which is a Mexican festival that brings in a ton of the Mexican population. it was also when it warm outside. Canelo is a huge star and some prices were cheap but IDK if he wouldve sold 40gs in December

Only the Cotto has had a better attendance than this fight so far on HBO

Still sad about this fight. Based on styles Maidana is going to be on the floor like a floor tile. Plenty of guys with movement that would embarrass Broner. Old pillow fisted Paulie showed what legs and a jab can do against Broner and his slow old man legs. Maidana will just walk right to him and get hit.
