Here's further facts to support his claim.

When you look in the animal kingdom, the chameleon's eyes are the furthest apart of any animal I know.

It is to my knowledge too, that a chameleon has never tested positive for steroids in a science lab.

This is proof that if your eyes are far apart you are not doping. Therefore if they are close together, you are obviously on something.*

f8ck science, that **** is overrated. Proof -> Pudding, look at the eyes. It's a deformation caused by the abuse of PEDs (a specific kind of PED I don't know the name of, I would think it contains HGH).
