I actually don't think he ever used (but he could have, my thread is still valid). I'll drop some more knowledge...I think Floyd Mayweather gave Manny an excuse not to fight and Pacquiao took it. How eager does a fighter sound to fight when he asks for a penalty of a million dollars per pound over the weight limit to be included in the contract? I believe it was a decision made by Arum and Koncz (as the influencers) and also Pac to not fight Floyd yet and they made a request (the weight penalty) that they expected Floyd would shoot down, but once he accepted they grasped at his request, tried to alter it purposely so that HE would pull out, out of dissatisfaction. At least that's my theory.

I don't find Pacquiao's WW run to be altogether suspect. He wasn't knocking out anybody besides Ricky who was already knocked out. Contrary to a popular saying it's clear as day his speed DID NOT go up with him and nor did his power. It was a great run, but it wasn't anything su****ious, besides Manny himself putting himself in that position by trying to alter Floyd's request. If it wasn't for that, no one would have suspected. Which is why he's so casually okay with taking the test now and in my opinion from a stricter agency than USADA.

As for Pac's head (that photo does accentuate it, but there are others that do the opposite....if you look at Ward, Hopkins and Moorer ALL photos look the same), it's always been big if you look at his 130lb photos and such, especially against his small upper body. That's why little people all look like they have big heads. Michael Moorer is a known user and his head is small. Shane Mosley another. Gamboa another, squirrel head. As for it getting a little bigger, well that will happen when you put on weight, your face won't look so sunken. Same thing with Floyd, I think he's a trt dope, but not because his head has gotten bigger over the years...which I'm sure you will deny, but like you said, look at the photos.

he stopped guys for titles at 112, 122, 126, and stopped morales who was never stopped before or after until garcia rematch,, he knocked down jmm 3 times in a round and also knocked him down in the rematch,, he brutalized david diaz,,
i will agree though that i always found manny's run from 08-12 to be very su****ious,, but am not certain,, he may as well be the new henry armstrong,, Manny just comes to fight, is very fast and relentless,,

that was a good point about Arum possibly negotiatiing with May to pay 1mil for every pound he would weigh over 147 back in 2009. that probably was arums way to make may back out.
but also, may has not taken enough heat for coming in over weight against Marquez and marquez 1st fight at 147 and not gradually moving up like pac

so just go after guys that have tested positive so far: Peterson, Mosley, Morales, those 2 boys in TMT aka Floyds camp, etc. these guys who have been testing positive have been getting slid under a rug , YET Manny & Marquez are being MASSACRED by fans for being on roids with no failed tests in their systems and both have taken part in blood/urine testing.

You've patiently waited and I shall deliver. In my many years of watching and analyzing boxing I've learned so much and here I part with some of my knowledge. Without further ado, here is the telltale sign of steroid use: weird looking and odd close set eyes and sometimes protruding foreheads are an indicator of steroid usage. It's like the Dothraki would say, "It is known." As I hinted, in the Moorer-Holyfield photo, you'll see they display these signs in their eyes, especially Moorer, and they are steroid users.

Here's further facts to support his claim.

When you look in the animal kingdom, the chameleon's eyes are the furthest apart of any animal I know.

It is to my knowledge too, that a chameleon has never tested positive for steroids in a science lab.

This is proof that if your eyes are far apart you are not doping. Therefore if they are close together, you are obviously on something.*
