I think Kell Brook would win, I like Keith Thurman a lot but Diego Chaves gave him one hell of a fight and Kell Brook is a step-above Chaves. It would be an interesting fight that I would watch but won't happen because the promoters would be taking to big of a risk without the proper pay-cut to make it happen.
