Could be numerous things. Where did he have the MRI? Did someone advise him to go to Germany? Price? How quick they could fit him in? Of course the Chisora legal case is closed it was year's ago. He went over for questioning on request shortly after and it quickly closed.

We do have extraditions with our European partners you know. He wouldnt exactly hide out within Europe avoiding Germany.
