Why on earth do people dislike Mayweather so much?

Everyday on NSB seeing people cry and whine about Floyd I get my 7 laughs each day

Boxing is going to be boring once Mayweather retires. He brings out everyone whether its to love him or hate him. His fights are the Super Bowl of Boxing each time, and threads about him consistently get the most views and comments. Pac is near the end. Ward is boring. Broner is a total wannabe that comes off like a bad rip off version of Floyd and there is nobody in waiting that will be able to take the mantle once Floyd is gone. We're all going to miss him whether some of you realize it or not.


That said, of the many "moments" Floyd has given us, I think my favorites were when Manny and Bob punked out and walked away from negotiations in early 2009 to go fight Clottey and Floyd said phuck it, and told Ellerbe and Haymon to go get Mosley when everyone else was afraid of Mosley, then to watch Floyd take those big shots in the 2nd round then come back and dominate Shane when everyone thought Floyd was afraid of him. Floyd has been shutting up a lot of people since then. Only the dumb Pac fans and lost MMA fans don't respect him for his skills at this point.

My two fav Floyd moments are....

1... When Tony Margarito confronted him Punk Mayweather peed himself he was that scared stuttered & stammered looking around frantically for his goons to protect his cowardly ass

2... When he "retired" in floods of tears saying he got no respect & nobody loved him. It was heartwarming to see Ellerbeee caressing & consoling him him like an old mother hen & her chick
Only bad part was Punk lied again he came back when the threat of margarito & Paquaio had eased

As far as I see it

Pac v Marquez = always going to be 50/50
Floyd v Marquez = Floyd wins by the usual points decision
Floyd v Pac = I dont think anyone will ever know

What Floyd did to Hernandez, Manfreddy, Diego, Gatti, Judah, Mosley, Cotto, & the latest Alvarez are all classics. But the best is when he KO'd Ortiz. Ortiz started getting dirty & then Floyd basically said okay 2 can play that game. We all know that ended with Ortiz looking up at the lights. lol

I think it's the Corley fight, Floyd drops both his hands and squares up, Corley throws a punch and Floyd slaps it down with his shoulder. Probably the best thing I've ever seen a boxer do. Better than Ali's slight head movement against Patterson and better than Whitaker's punch around the back.
